Earn £120 for quitting smoking

Routine and Manual Workers can earn up to £120 (paid in non cashable vouchers) for quitting smoking.

Vouchers are awarded at the initial appointment, and at 4 and 12 weeks smoke free with CO verification.

Research shows that those in certain jobs, such as routine and manual working, are more likely to smoke.

Sunderland Specialist Stop Smoking Service can support those who smoke and work in a routine and manual role, with a financial incentive that could see them earning up to £120 by quitting smoking.

The £120 will be rewarded in voucher form after the client attends their initial appointment, 4-week appointment and 12-week appointment in one of or face to face clinics.

To be eligible for the incentive, you must:

  • Work in a routine and manual occupation (see list below)
  • Be able to attend face-to-face appointments
  • Provide a CO reading at 4 and 12 weeks.
  • Be actively ready to quit smoking
  • Live, work or have a GP registered in the Sunderland area.

Who is eligible?

If your job occupation is not listed but you feel as if you should be eligible for the offer, please get in touch with us to discuss. We want to support as many people as we can.
